# How to Make It:

01 - In a shallow dish, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil. Add the salmon fillets, turning to coat thoroughly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
02 - Prepare the soba noodles according to package directions. Drain well and rinse under cold running water to halt the cooking process. Set aside.
03 - Julienne the carrot into thin strips. Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, remove seeds, and slice into matchsticks. Finely slice the spring onions.
04 - In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, chili flakes, and lime juice. Whisk vigorously until fully incorporated and smooth.
