# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • This drink is so quick to blend that it's your summer secret weapon against surprise guests or heatwaves.
  • It's creamy, sweet, and tastes like strawberry shortcake collided with a tropical beach vacation.
02 -
  • Once I tried over-blending and ended up with a lukewarm drink—don't let the blender run too long after adding ice.
  • Using room temperature coconut milk makes it less refreshing, so always chill your ingredients first for the most satisfying result.
03 -
  • Chilling your serving glasses in the freezer keeps the cooler extra cold to the last sip.
  • Blending the mint right into the drink adds a refreshing twist unless you prefer it just as garnish.
