01 - Wash and prepare all fruits by hulling and chopping strawberries as needed.
02 - Fill each ice cube compartment one-third of the way with blueberries and pour in enough blueberry juice to just cover. Freeze for 1 hour or until solid.
03 - Layer coconut meat or sprinkle shredded coconut on top of the frozen blue layer. Add coconut water until the compartments are two-thirds full. Freeze for 1 hour, ensuring this layer firms up.
04 - Top with chopped strawberries and pour in strawberry or cranberry juice to fill each compartment. Freeze for an additional 2 hours or until fully solidified.
05 - Once completely frozen, remove festive ice cubes from the tray and use immediately to chill beverages.
