01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - On lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough into 12x8-inch rectangle.
03 - Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough, leaving 1/2-inch border.
04 - Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over sauce. Top with chopped pepperoni, oregano, and garlic powder.
05 - Starting from long edge, tightly roll dough into log. Pinch seam to seal.
06 - Slice log into 16 equal pieces. Arrange cut-side up on prepared baking sheet.
07 - Brush tops with olive oil. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
08 - Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
09 - Cool slightly. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
