01 - Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine granola, honey or maple syrup, and melted coconut oil until evenly mixed.
03 - Press the granola mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a solid base layer.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, honey or agave, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
05 - Evenly spread the yogurt mixture over the pressed granola base using a spatula.
06 - Scatter mixed berries over the yogurt layer. Sprinkle with chia seeds if desired for extra texture and nutrition.
07 - Place pan in freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely firm throughout.
08 - Use parchment overhang to lift the frozen slab from pan. Place on cutting board and let sit for 5-10 minutes to soften slightly.
09 - Cut into 12 even bars using a sharp knife. Store in airtight container in freezer; serve frozen or slightly thawed.
